Dr. Robert Slobody DVM
Dr. Robert Slobody graduated with honors from Ohio State University in 1968. While a student, he worked in the cardiac research lab and took elective courses in advanced orthopedics. He returned to his home city of Cleveland and became a partner at Hillcrest Animal Hospital in Richmond Heights. He served as president of the Cleveland Academy of Veterinary Medicine, head task force on pet overpopulation for the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and has spoken internationally regarding the problems and concerns of pet overpopulation. In 1974 he was awarded Ohio's Outstanding Leadership Award. In 2013 Dr. Slobody was one of six finalist for the national My Vet's The Best Contest, and placed third! Dr. Slobody has always had a keen interest in orthopedics and spinal surgery. He has studied extensively all over the Untied States, and in 1978 he established an orthopedic referral practice which he maintains to this day, providing advanced care for complex orthopedic and spinal cases. He has now added the "Northern Ohio Minimally Invasive Surgical Center" to make the newest procedure available for your pets care. His thriving general practice embodies his philosophy of providing leading edge medicine of the veterinary community, and his expertise is sought out by many colleagues.
Dr. Robert & Sharon Slobody
Dr. Sarah McKinley DVM
Dr. Sarah McKinley was born and raised in Solon, Ohio. In 2011, she graduated from the Honors Program at Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology. She then attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in May 2015. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with special interests in dentistry and exotic pets. In addition to dogs and cats, she would love to provide care to your rabbit, chinchilla, hedgehog, ferret, pocket pet, bird, or reptile! When not working, Dr. McKinley likes hiking with her husband, reading, and quilting. As a part of Quilts for Kids, she sews quilts that are donated to hospitalized children. She currently has a pomeranian mix named "Daisy"(pictured).
Dr. Corrine Ross DVM
Dr. Corrine Ross attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2010. She has been practicing now for 6 years as Chief of Staff at Banfield, Medina. She joined Meadowlands in October 2016, and can’t wait to share her knowledge and passion with everyone here. She will be seeing cats and dogs, some exotics and pocket pets. She is passionate about educating and taking care of pets as if they were her own. Dr. Ross has lived in Ohio for the past several years and recently bought a home in Bedford. She is currently engaged and has plans on getting married soon. She has two wonderful boys, Seth is 14 and Justus is 3. She has 2 dogs, 5 cats, African grey parrot and a gecko. She is really excited to join the team with such a wonderful practice. She looks forward to creating a bond with you and your pets.
Mallory Melocik - Office Manager
Hi, my name is Mallory. I came to Meadowlands Veterinary Center in 2009 from a previous clinic. I have worked at the emergency pet hospital and have been in this field for nine years. I am an AAHA certified veterinary recepionist. In 2017 I was nominated from our clients as "Lake County Commerce Queen!" I previously worked at a hair salon as a hairstylist and make up artist, but my love for working with animals is what makes me truly happy. Over the years I have owned many pets from chinchillas, gerbils, hamsters, hermit crabs, fish, ducks, cats, and dogs. I currently have a puggle named "Bella", a boxer/pitbull mix named "Ninja"(pictured), two ferrets named "Benny" and "June"(pictured),and a cat "Zoey." My goal at Meadowlands is to help make sure all of our client's are comfortable in every situation that should arise with your pet. I know how much our pets mean to us and I always want our clients to know that their furry FAMILY MEMBERS will get the best treatment possible at our clinic and we will treat their pet as if it were one of our own. I strive to to be as helpful and the best communicator I can be between you and our Doctors. I am always happy to answer any questions or concerns you should have. I hope to meet you and your pet someday!
Mandi Harris - Registered Head Technician
My name is Miranda Harris, but everyone calls me Mandi. I graduated from Stautzenberger college with an associates degree in applied science for Veterinary Technology. I have wanted to help animals for my entire life, and I love my career because I get to do just that! I have a chihuahua at home named "Chico" and his best friend is my cat named "Chazz." I also have a bearded dragon named "Puffy" and another cat named "Marina."
Crystal Dolovacky - Receptionist
Hi, my name is Crystal. After high school I attended the University of Toledo to major in film. After one semester I realized that my real passion was for animals and the environment. I transferred to Cleveland State where I got my bachelors of Science in Biology. I then had the opportunity to spend a month in Australia where I planted thousands of trees, snorkled in the Great Barrier Reef and made life long friends. After years of working retail jobs and a two year stay in Virginia, I returned to Ohio and was welcomed with open arms at Meadowlands!
Serena Pudelski - Registered Vet Technician
My name is Serena Pudelski. I graduated from Tri-C in 2009 where I received a degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. I worked at Case Western Reserve University for 3 years, and have a background in Lab Animal Medicine. I also have a certificate as a Lab Animal Technologist. I have two cairn terriers named Raja and Tank(pictured), a cockatiel, betta fish, and a cat.

Bridget Caruso - Vet Technician
Hi, my name is Bridget. I currently attend Stautzenberger College for Veterinary Technology. I have 3 dogs; Bailey a Beagle mix, Charlie a lab/hound mix, Zeus(pictured) a German Shepard. Hello, my name is Alex. I attend the University of Findlay with majors in Animal Science and Biology on the Pre-Vet track in preperation of applying to vet school. I began working at Meadowlands in 2014. You may have seen me in and out of the office since I come back on all my breaks from school to continue to learn, and grow in this field that I'am truly passionate about. Reannin Bailey - Registered Vet Technician

I grew up with many animals and cannot picture my life without them! I currently own 2 dogs, 5 cats, 1 cockatiel, 1 rose haired tarantula, and many assorted fish.
